We start with a site review to understand the façade type, contamination, anchor availability, public interface, exclusion zones and building operations. From there, we recommend the most efficient access method, usually rope access for constrained elevations, or EWPs where ground conditions and reach make them practical.
Before work begins, we prepare job specific SWMS, access methodology and risk controls aligned with WHS requirements. Our technicians work under in-house supervision and complete cleaning in planned stages, with care taken around glazing, façade joints, entries, balconies and public areas.
On completion, we provide practical handover information, including photos where required. You can also review our certifications, learn when rope access is needed, or explore broader high rise building maintenance support.
