We begin with a site review to understand façade materials, staining, water access, drainage, anchors, roof access and pedestrian risk. For many Haymarket buildings, the planning stage is critical because work may take place above shopfronts, hotels, loading bays and busy shared entries.
Our team prepares job-specific SWMS, method statements and exclusion zone plans before mobilisation. Where permanent systems are already installed, we check suitability and can coordinate further advice through our height safety systems and certification service. If the façade requires repairs after cleaning, we can also assist with rope access caulking and sealing or rope access painting to protect the building envelope.
During the job, supervisors monitor quality, run-off control, public protection and communication with building management. On completion, we can provide photo reporting so you can see what was cleaned, where access was achieved and whether visible façade issues were identified.
