A clear process helps you understand what will happen on site, how risks are controlled and what you receive when the work is complete.
1. Site review and access planning
We start by discussing your building, façade type, known issues and preferred timing. Where required, we inspect the Milsons Point site to assess roof access, anchor points, drop zones, public interfaces and water control. If permanent systems need review, we may recommend height safety systems and certification before cleaning starts.
2. Method selection
We select the cleaning method based on the surface and soiling. This may include soft washing for biological growth, pressure cleaning for durable external surfaces, hand scrubbing for delicate areas or a staged approach across different elevations. For glass-heavy façades, we can combine work with window cleaning for high rise buildings.
3. Safety documents and coordination
Before mobilisation, we prepare job specific SWMS, risk controls and access methods. We also help coordinate tenant notices, loading areas, exclusion zones and after-hours work where useful.
4. Cleaning, checking and handover
Our technicians complete the work section by section, checking finish quality as they progress. At the end, we provide handover notes and can include photo reporting. If we notice defects such as failed sealant, staining below cracks or loose fittings, we can recommend related services through our high access service range.
