Clear planning helps reduce disruption, control risk and keep building stakeholders informed.
We start with a site discussion and, where needed, a building inspection. This helps us understand the defect, access constraints, tenant needs and any body corporate or commercial requirements. For Crows Nest buildings near busy streets, shopfronts or public entries, we plan exclusion zones and timing carefully.
Before work starts, we prepare job-specific SWMS, method statements and risk controls. We then allocate IRATA or SPRAT certified technicians, or an EWP team where that is more efficient. Some sites benefit from a combined approach, especially when repairs are spread across several elevations.
During the repair, we document progress and communicate any additional findings. On completion, we provide practical handover information, which may include photos or video. If ongoing access is likely, we can recommend height safety systems and certification, support planned high rise building maintenance, or coordinate follow-up works through our wider rope access services.
