Common questions from strata managers, owners and facility teams.
How do I know if my building needs new caulking?
Signs include water stains, bubbling paint, mould near window lines, visible gaps, split sealant, loose backing material or recurring leaks after heavy rain. A façade inspection can help confirm whether the issue is sealant failure, substrate movement, drainage or another defect.
Can you work while the building is occupied?
Yes, in many cases. We plan exclusion zones, access notices and work timing to reduce disruption for Castle Hill residents and tenants. Some noisy or high-traffic tasks may be staged or arranged outside peak periods.
Do you only use rope access?
No. Rope access is often ideal for tight or vertical elevations, but EWPs can be more efficient in some locations. We assess each site and can coordinate related high rise maintenance services, heights safety systems and caulking and sealing where suitable.
Will I receive proof of completed work?
Yes. We provide practical handover information, which may include photos, work notes and areas completed. This supports strata records, maintenance schedules and future budgeting.
