A clear process helps control risk, cost and disruption for occupied buildings.
We start with a site visit or review of your available drawings, leak reports, photos and access information. This helps us understand the height, façade type, anchor availability, pedestrian controls and likely water entry points. If permanent access systems need checking, we can refer to our height safety systems and certification capability before technicians begin work.
Next, we prepare a work method suited to your St Leonards building. This can include rope access rigging plans, EWP use, SWMS, exclusion zones, tenant notices and staged scheduling. Many clients prefer early starts, after-hours work or floor-by-floor programs to reduce disruption to residents, medical suites or office tenants.
During the works, our team removes loose or failed sealant where required, cleans and prepares the joint, applies primer when specified and installs new sealant to the correct profile. We then complete a visual check and provide photo reporting. If related façade work is needed, we can connect your project with rope access painting or rope access rendering for a more complete remedial outcome.
