Every Waterloo project starts with a practical review of the building, access points, affected elevations and tenant constraints. We identify whether rope access, an EWP or a blended approach is the most efficient option. Rope access is often well suited to tight streets, courtyards and façades where scaffold would be costly or disruptive.
Before works begin, we prepare task-specific documentation, including risk assessment and SWMS. Our technicians then complete surface preparation, sealant removal where needed, masking, backing installation and application. We can coordinate with height safety systems when anchor points or lifelines require review, and we can link related repairs to rope access painting or rope access rendering for a more complete façade outcome.
On completion, we provide practical handover information, including photos where appropriate, so building managers and strata committees can see what was addressed.
