Clear answers for owners, strata managers and facility teams planning elevated painting work.
Do we need scaffolding for high-rise painting?
Not always. Many Gosford buildings can be painted using rope access, especially where there is limited ground space or where scaffolding would block entries, car parks or public areas. We assess each site and may recommend rope access painting, EWP access or a combination of both.
Can painting be completed while the building is occupied?
Yes, in many cases. We plan exclusion zones, resident communication needs, access windows and work sequencing to reduce disruption. For some sites, staged or after-hours work may be suitable.
What affects the cost of high-rise painting?
Key factors include building height, access difficulty, surface condition, coating system, preparation level, repairs and public protection needs. A site inspection gives us the detail needed to price accurately.
Can you include repairs before painting?
Yes. We can include minor render repairs, cleaning, priming and sealant replacement. Related services such as rope access rendering and caulking and sealing can help improve the final result.
