We start with a site visit or detailed scope review, then assess access points, anchor locations, pedestrian control, façade condition and coating requirements. For Haymarket properties, this often means planning around laneways, loading zones, strata access, retail trading hours and nearby public areas.
Before work begins, we prepare job-specific SWMS, method statements and risk controls. Depending on the building, we may use rope access, EWPs, or a blended method. Rope access is useful for tight façades, while EWP access may be more efficient for lower elevations or open hardstand areas. You can learn more about our wider rope access services, our height safety systems and our dedicated rope access painting service.
During the project, we focus on surface preparation, masking, controlled application and progressive quality checks. We also keep building contacts updated, so occupants know what is happening and when.
