A clear process helps keep painting safe, compliant and predictable from the first inspection to the final sign off.
1. Site inspection and access review
We inspect the Wolli Creek building, confirm the painting areas, review safe access options and identify constraints such as balconies, public walkways, traffic, awnings, roof access and façade condition. If permanent anchors or rail systems are involved, we may review them alongside height safety certification requirements.
2. Scope, coating advice and methodology
We provide a practical scope of works that may include washing, masking, surface preparation, priming, painting and defects to note. For tight elevations, rope access painting can reduce disruption. For large open areas, an EWP may be more efficient.
3. Safe delivery and handover
Before work starts, we prepare job-specific SWMS and site controls. During the job, we keep communication clear for building managers and residents. After completion, we provide handover notes and can recommend related rope access services if future maintenance is needed. To discuss your Wolli Creek site, call 1800 498 518 or request a quote.
