A clear process helps keep your building, residents and visitors safe while achieving a consistent exterior clean.
We begin with a site inspection or review of photos, plans and access points. This helps us identify façade materials, height safety assets, water supply, drainage, pedestrian interfaces and any areas that may need soft washing rather than higher pressure. For high-rise sites in Bondi Junction, we also consider trading hours, resident notices, traffic conditions and neighbouring properties.
Next, we prepare a practical work plan, including the access method, exclusion zones, equipment, cleaning chemistry and water control. If existing anchors or lifelines will be used, we check suitability and may recommend review through height safety systems and certification. Our technicians then complete the cleaning in stages, using rope access, EWPs or a combination of both.
After the washdown, we complete a handover with photos or video where appropriate. If we notice failed sealant, loose coatings or access concerns, we can advise on related works such as rope access caulking and sealing or rope access rendering. This gives your strata committee, facilities team or building manager a clearer view of the asset after cleaning.
