We begin with a site review, either through supplied photos, building plans or an on-site inspection in Hurstville. We check access points, anchor availability, public interfaces, substrate condition, water sources and likely staining. From there, we recommend rope access, an EWP, or a combined approach.
Before work starts, we prepare SWMS and a method statement. We also plan drop zones, pedestrian controls, water management and communication with building managers or residents. If the property already has anchors or lifelines, we may review them against height safety systems requirements before use.
During cleaning, we use controlled pressure, suitable nozzles and substrate-safe detergents where needed. Our team can coordinate related works such as window cleaning or silicone caulking and sealing if we identify defects. On completion, we provide practical handover information, including photos where requested.
