A clear process gives you better control over timing, cost, access, safety and expectations.
1. Site review and scope. We inspect the building where required, identify surfaces, access constraints, staining, water availability and public interface risks. We also confirm whether rope access, EWPs or a combined method will suit the Penrith site.
2. Method selection. We choose pressure levels, nozzle types, detergents and wash methods based on the substrate. Painted façades, render, concrete, metal cladding and glass all need different care. If the building has related works planned, such as rope access painting or rope access rendering, we can sequence cleaning around them.
3. Safety documentation. We prepare SWMS, risk controls and access plans before work starts. Our approach aligns with working at height requirements, including the principles covered in our height safety systems services.
4. Cleaning, quality check and handover. We complete the agreed scope, check key areas, document outcomes and report any visible façade defects that may need attention.
