A clear process helps keep your project safe, predictable and easy to manage, especially on occupied strata and commercial sites.
1. Site review and access planning: We inspect the Waterloo building, façade type, anchor availability, pedestrian areas, drainage points, overspray risk and working hours. If permanent systems need review, we may recommend support from our height safety systems and certification team.
2. Method selection: We choose rope access, EWP access or a combined method. We also confirm pressure settings, soft wash requirements, detergent use and protection for sensitive areas such as balcony doors, signage, garden beds and entry points.
3. Safe delivery: Our team sets exclusion zones, follows SWMS, manages hoses and equipment, and works section by section. If your project also needs exterior glazing cleaned, we can align the programme with rope access window cleaning.
4. Handover and reporting: Once complete, we provide photo evidence and practical notes. Where we notice cracked sealant, loose render or areas that need follow-up, we can connect you with rope access caulking and sealing or rendering support.
